The redesigned Les Paul Standard embraces its renowned heritage and pays homage to Gibson's era of groundbreaking innovation. It revives the essence of authenticity, presenting the Les Paul Standard 50s P-90 model featuring a sturdy body crafted from mahogany, complemented by a maple top. The neck is reminiscent of the 1950s style, rounded and carved from mahogany, coupled with a rosewood fingerboard adorned with trapezoid inlays. Notable hardware components include the ABR-1 bridge, a vintage-style Tune-O-Matic™ bridge, an aluminum Stop Bar tailpiece, Vintage Deluxe tuners with Keystone buttons, and elegantly aged gold Top Hat knobs. Its classic P-90 pickups, positioned in the neck and bridge positions, incorporate Alnico 5 magnets, audio taper potentiometers, and Orange Drop® capacitors.
