 Received a Defective Item?

If your product seems faulty, don't hesitate to reach out to our .com Team Specialists by phone or email our support form for swift assistance. We're here to quickly resolve any issues, providing support or a Return Authorization (RA) number if needed. For products under warranty we'll handle the replacement shipping costs for the first 30 days after delivery. For "used" but non-misused items that fail, return them within 30 days for a prompt refund or store credit, with shipping costs deducted.

 Returns Policy: 

 New Items

  • Return Period: Within 14 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Must be in original condition with all packaging. 
  • Restocking Fee: None, unless items from the original shipment are damaged or missing, in which case a 20% fee applies.
  • If your order qualified for free shipping, the shipping cost that PMC incurred will be deducted from your refund. 

Used Items

  • Return Period: Within 7 days of delivery-only in the case of product failure. 
  • Condition: Must be in the same condition as shipped.
  • Restocking Fee: None, unless items from the original shipment are damaged or missing, in which case a 20% fee applies.
  • Return Shipping: If your order qualified for free shipping, the shipping cost that PMC incurred will be deducted from your refund.

General Terms

  • Inspection: All returns are subject to inspection by Palen Music Center staff.
  • Refunds: Issued to the original payment method after inspection. 
  • Special Orders: Non-refundable and non-cancellable.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Mouthpieces, harmonicas, tubes, sheet music, and any opened consumable items, discontinued products, and used products.
